Payment Terms

Payment is accepted by credit card, debit card, bank transfer and bank checks. Pay pal is our preferred method of payment for credit and debit cards. You will receive an invoice prior to due date of payment.

Payments are generally broken out into 3 stages:

1.       Deposit.

2.       2nd Payment

3.       Balance... Final Payment

 

The price of the itinerary is in Euro, converted to Dollars for your convenience and is subject to currency fluctuation. Services are paid for at the convenience of the provider and could result in either a rise or reduction in the trip cost. A final price will be provided prior to the final payment date.

 Cancellation

To minimize your loss in the event of cancellation, we strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance. We recommend HTH Worldwide. Providers require that we pay deposits on facilities, which are for the most part are non-refundable. Each vendor (Transportation, hotel, etc.) establishes their own cancellation policy.  Once you commit with a payment of a deposit, such funds may be used to pay non-refundable deposits required by vendors.

The cancellation policy is as follows: Period before departure within which a cancellation charge as a percentage of the total holiday cost is incurred:

·         More than 60 days before departure - 20%

·         30 - 59 days before departure - 50%

·         30  days or less before departure - 100%

Notification must be in writing by email to Odonovantravel from the person who submitted the booking. form.

 General


Transportation: A chauffer driven coach and driver is provided for your trip. Please be advised that the Driver is required to abide by European transportation regulations.

Hotels:  The selected hotels are of the highest quality and will provide both accommodations and breakfast daily for your group. If at any time you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact me.
